Delivery & Packaging

Your order will be delivered by a shipping representative in its original external packaging as prepared by our store.

The shipping representative is responsible for delivering the sealed package to the address provided in your order. The courier is not responsible for inspecting, opening, or verifying the individual products inside the shipment.

The external packaging must remain sealed and unopened during delivery unless prior authorization has been arranged directly with us.

Opening the Shipment

If you wish to request permission to open or inspect the shipment upon delivery, this must be arranged with us in advance.
